Easy installation and secure hold on PREFALZ and FALZONAL® double-lock standing seam systems. Installing the PREVARIO PREFALZ does not affect the longitudinal expansion of the strips. Mounting is possible on preformed fixed clips, preformed sliding clips and preformed long sliding clips. During installation, the statically determined centre-to-centre seam distance and the statically determined maximum spacing between clips must be taken into account.

Requirements of the supporting roof covering:
Dimension the roof structure to accommodate the loads acting on it in accordance with the applicable standards.
In the area in which the solar panels are mounted, the maximum centre-to-centre spacing between clips must not exceed 33 cm.
The screws should be loosened before mounting the solar bracket.
Pay attention to the direction in which the clamp is mounted. When installed, the bracket should be oriented so that the threaded rod can be mounted on the seam side. Tighten the two stainless steel nuts with a torque of 35 Nm (wrench socket 17 mm).
Loosely attach the threaded rod with the profile rail bracket and lock nuts. Tighten the nuts by hand so that you can later adjust the height of the profile rail holder if necessary (open end spanner 18 mm).
