PREFA's complete system
PREFA is not only the specialist for strong roofs, but also produces high-quality roof drainage, façades, substructures for PV systems, flood protection and much more. PREFA aluminium products are manufactured in Austria and Germany and are tested, inspected and continuously improved over many years. With PREFA's complete system of 5,000 different products, a homogeneous and harmonious building envelope can be realised according to personal ideas.
Technically perfectly harmonised
All products, installation accessories and additional items are perfectly coordinated and are delivered together. For example, the necessary installation accessories are included with all accessory products. This ensures that all parts fit together perfectly and that the result fulfils the highest demands in terms of appearance and quality. To ensure flawless installation, PREFA roofs and façades may only be installed by trained professionals. This gives building owners and planners maximum security.
Façade systems
Aluminium façades are durable, do not rust and are easy to clean when dirty. The different systems offer flexible design options and the right solution for every building.
The adaptable aluminium cladding can be used for detached houses, company buildings, and also for cladding carports and garages. The high-quality façades offer very good protection against rain and storms and are therefore ideal for use on the weather side.
Solar panel mounting system
PREFA also offers the ideal substructure for photovoltaic systems. The solar mounting system is available in various designs and is always state of the art thanks to ongoing further developments. Compared to many other fastenings for photovoltaic modules, PREFA systems ensure unrestricted functionality and durability - whether for small formats or standing seam roofing. There are suitable solar brackets for every PREFA roof product on which the mounting system can be mounted.
Roof drainage systems
PREFA offers the complete aluminium drainage system including installation accessories from a single source: from the half-round gutter to the square downpipe, from the leaf catcher to the water collection box. The drainage systems, which have been tried and tested for decades, impress with their sophisticated detailed technical solutions. The system is available in classic standard colours to match the roof and façade elements. This allows elegant tone-on-tone solutions or deliberate colour accents to be implemented. The colours anthracite, brown and light grey have also been available in P.10 quality since 2019.
Flood protection
PREFA has developed a mobile flood protection system made of aluminium in collaboration with its sister company Neuman Aluminium Strangpresswerk. This provides reliable protection even in extreme situations. Lightweight yet extremely robust aluminium profiles are simply stacked on top of each other in a tongue and groove system. This means that doors, gates, windows, garages and entire areas can be safely protected against the ingress of floodwater in the shortest possible time.
Accessories
The individual components of PREFA accessories work together perfectly and guarantee maximum accuracy of fit. They are manufactured from a single source and delivered together with all the parts required for assembly. This ensures safety and the desired longevity of a PREFA complete system. The application in demanding locations in particular demonstrates the properties of high-quality aluminium: it is light, storm-proof, robust, break-proof, rust-free and easy to work with even at low temperatures. In other words, there are many reasons for using PREFA aluminium products in both new build and renovation projects.
The P.10 colour quality: even more reliable and beautiful
With P.10, PREFA has developed a colourfast surface that meets the highest quality requirements. The high-quality coating is UV, colour and weather resistant and is a real design highlight thanks to its matt appearance. Other building elements such as windows and doors can be playfully integrated into the tonality.
