The initial lacing takes place in the middle of the roof or on the verge. The starter strip depends on the intended partitioning. The vertical bevel is either grooved (Variant B) or in the middle between two grooves (Variant A). The horizontal line is always laid 419 mm from the upper edge of the panel. The cord to be cut vertically must be divisible by 301 mm. In practice, after 5 panels (1,505 mm) or after 10 panels (3,010 mm), a coloured line deduction is made vertically. Make sure that the lacing runs in a straight line over the entire length.
