Replacing an FX.12 façade panel

  • Lift up the upper transverse fold of the damaged FX.12 façade panel (Image 1).
  • Remove the fastening and cut into the upper patent fold (Image 2). Then pull the façadenpaneel FX.12 downwards.
  • Prepare new facade panel FX.12 according to Figure 3.
  • Insert and fasten new FX.12 façade panel. Bend the fold of the upper FX.12 façade panel downwards at an angle of approx. 90° (Image 4).

CAUTION: Choose the position of the new ring nails carefully, they must not hammeredd into the existing holes!

  • Carefully adjust the fold into the original shape (Image 5).
  • A professionally replaced FX.12 façade panel should not be recognisable as such (Image 6).
