Trayl lengths up to 3 meters can be installed with fixing clips only. Panel lengths of up to 12 metres are possible when using PREFA stainless steel preformed sliding clips in accordance with PREFA installation guidelines.
Standing seam coverings on façades should be executed with a maximum strip length of 4 meters for installation and aesthetic reasons (see chapter Tray length).
The length of the fixed clip area should be 3 metres. For vertically installed façade claddings, the fixed clip area is located at the top of the panel:
