Aluminium profiles are manufactured to the required length in our factory.
For onsite handling we recommend using good quality tools like drop saws, circular hand saws or jigsaws equipped with suitable blades.
We recommend tensioning the profiles on a workbench using guide rails.
For penetrations and individual cut-outs, a jigsaw and power drill should be used.
When using a jigsaw please place a layer of thin metal between the tool and the panel to achieve a flat and even surface.
Take extra care to ensure that the workbench is free from shavings to avoid scratches to the surface.
After cutting the profiles, remove any burring using a fine-grain file or sandpaper.
