The anthracite-coloured R.16 roof tile complements the overall appearance together with the PREFA box gutter.

One semi-detached house has already been renovated, with a fresh white plaster façade, combined with a PREFA siding.X façade in anthracite. The roof was covered with PREFA roof tile R.16. The roof is drained via the square box gutter and the PREFA downpipe.
