Hennstedt nursery: Reference objects
Introduction
For a long time, the red brick shaped the building culture in northern Germany. The architects of the nursery have therefore reinterpreted the local building culture and combined the red with aluminium as the building material using a rhomboid shape. In addition, the outer shell needs to withstand the strong winds That’s why PREFA rhomboid 29 × 29 roof and façade tiles in P.10 oxide red were chosen
