A detached house with an outbuilding was covered with PREFA shingles in P.10 stone grey. The PREFA half-round gutter and downpipe in anthracite were chosen for the roof drainage.

The detached house located on a slope, designed in an L shape, has a gabled roof with two eyebrow dormers. The roof was clad in PREFA roof shingles in stone grey. A lake is shown in the foreground and a forest can been seen in the background.
