Erika and Ilse Töllke Foundation: Reference objects
Introduction
2 generations are brought together in this building, with a nursery on one side and flats for the elderly on the other. Just like on the inside, the intention was for the difference in the use of the building also to be visible on the outside - a red brick façade was chosen for the flats, and a grey aluminium façade with a rhomboid pattern for the nursery.
