A classic detached house with a gabled roof in Austria was covered with PREFA R.16 roof tiles in P.10 stone grey.

To prevent snow avalanches from sliding off the roof unintentionally, it was equipped with a snow guard system from PREFA. For the roof drainage, the decision was made in favour of the PREFA half-round gutter with an downpipe in anthracite.

The gabled roof of the classic detached house was covered with the new PREFA R.16 roof tile in stone grey. Three roof windows were inserted in the roof area and snow guards were installed. The façade is kept simple in white.
