Casa Giovannini, Flavon: Reference objects
Introduction
Having an unusual idea is one thing, convincing and inspiring someone with the idea is a different story altogether. The C shape of the house in Flavon in Trentino in northern Italy is based on a hand that protects the building. Not your everyday sight in Flavon, which values tradition. The concept is unusual, just like the six tree trunks positioned at the entrance to the house.
The curved façade of this eccentric detached house is clad in PREFALZ P.10 anthracite.
