Terraced houses in Mundolsheim: Reference objects

In the French municipality of Mundolsheim on the outskirts of Strasbourg, a small housing estate with different residential units has been created. A total of eleven terraced houses were built between residential buildings. The four semi-detached homes and three detached homes are divided into two rows and are unmistakably connected to each other both in terms of construction and appearance.

PREFALZ in light grey extends from the sides over the gable roofs of the terraced houses. These uniform aluminium building envelopes create a harmonious overall appearance in the housing estate.

The PREFA roof drainage system is also in light grey and unobtrusively blends into the background of the individual buildings. Parts of the façade of the semi-detached houses are clad with a wooden façade, making the individual buildings stand out visually from one another.
