Demänová resort apartment homes: Reference objects
Introduction
The skiing, wellness and family resort recieves visitors in both winter and summer. The weather in the region is changeable, so the architects opted forweather-resistant material from PREFA. Prefalz in P.10 anthracite for the gable roofs, planking and balcony cladding as well as façade cladding for the north façade was combined with a rear-ventilated timber façade made of brushed red spruce.
With four storeys, they are currently the highest fire safety-approved wooden buildings in Slovakia.
