Information about the current corona situation and the effects on PREFA

Dear craftsmen, customers and business partners,
we also take the current situation around COVID-19 seriously. Therefore we have taken some measures to protect our employees and partners.
Production & Delivery
Currently we have the possibility to produce and are able to deliver. We will keep you informed about further developments or possible changes.
We accept your orders and can also deliver as described above. We try to process the orders as good as possible.
All training courses in our PREFA training centres are cancelled until at least 15.04.2020 - new dates will be communicated in the following weeks.

Our service: PREFA customer service, technical department, consultants, website services
- Our PREFA customer service, our technical department and our field staff can be reached by telephone (limited) and e-mail during office hours.
- There will be no personal appointments with our PREFA field staff for the time being.
- You can still use our website services (photo service, contact enquiries, etc.), and of course you can also contact us by e-mail.
- Orders for brochures or architects' files will continue to be accepted. The dispatch of documents by post has been temporarily suspended. The requested brochures will be sent as PDF files or downloads.
We will try to answer your requests as good as possible. We ask for your understanding if there are any delays.
This time is a challenge for all of us and requires a high degree of personal responsibility. Take care of yourself, your employees, families and friends and stay healthy! We are looking forward to get in touch with you again soon and wish you all the best until then!
