Watson Place: Reference objects

Introduction

The Watson Place terraced housing development is set in the leafy suburb of Rathfarnham nestled at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains and combines modern architecture with natural surroundings.

The clearly structured buildings feature a harmonious interplay of light-coloured plaster surfaces, striking natural stone and dark, elegant metal cladding from PREFA. A particularly striking feature is the consistent design of the roof and façade standing seam PREFALZ in the colour P.10 anthracite. A total of around 1,500 m² was covered with high-quality aluminium.
