High-quality detached home in Veenendaal: Reference objects
Introduction
In an exclusive district of Veenendaal in the Netherlands, architect Hoeshmand Mahmoed realised a high-quality residential building with a building envelope made of PREFALZ in the colour P.10 black.
The modern detached home is split into two volumes. The two living areas look like two separate houses connected by a bridge-like corridor and their shared aluminium cladding. In order to escape the monochrome austerity of the outer skin, the architects integrated light grey natural stone into the façade as a design element.
