Introduction

The Balroy Hall residential complex in Carpenterstown, Dublin, impresses with its modern architecture and sophisticated choice of materials. Over an area of approx. 800m², parts of the façade were clad with PREFALZ in the colour P.10 anthracite. The durable aluminium cladding enhances the traditional brick façade of the buildings.
