Our photovoltaic system for PREFALZ roofs is a combination of glass/glass PV panels with particular developed seam clamps and solar panel clamps in one piece, which are attached directly to the double locked seams seams. Thus, the PREFALZ solar panels enable installation parallel to the roof with a low installation height.
The clear PREFALZ lines are harmoniously continued, which preserves the characteristic look of the roofing trays.

The PREFALZ solar panel is 100% compatible with the PREFALZ roof system. Adapted to the 500 and 650 seam widths, the glass/glass PV panel is attached to the seams, which preserves the appearance of the double-lock standing seam trays.
The PREFALZ solar panels can be installed on new PREFALZ roofs as well as retrofitted to existing PREFALZ roofs at any time.
Scope of delivery
The PV system is individually and dimensionally tailored to the roof product. The PREFALZ solar package not only includes the solar brackets, but also the correctly sized solar panels.
For the PREFALZ solar panel, PREFA offers the following components:
- PREFALZ solar panels
- Middle and end clamps
- Anti-slip devices
- Cable package with all required supply lines and discharges
- Various services (e.g. design of the PV system)
The PREFALZ aluminium tray for the roof itself are not included in the package. These must be requested separately.

This is a on-roof solution consisting of glass/glass PV panels with the innovative TOPCon cell technology.
The PREFALZ solar panel is 100% compatible with the PREFALZ roof system, adapted to the 500 and 650 seam widths. The appearance of the double-lock standing seam trays is thus retained.

For the PREFALZ 500 solar panel, this corresponds to a space requirement of 5.44 m²/kWp, while the space requirement is 7.44 m²/kWp for the PREFALZ 650 solar panel.
